- Contact & booking data: name, email, phone number, company/venue name, billing address, provided when you inquire or book a service.

- Shoot-related data: location details, event dates, and any information you share to plan a shoot.

- Website data: basic analytics data (e.g. pages visited, browser type) collected automatically via Squarespace’s built-in analytics and cookies.

- Image/video content: photography or footage captured during a shoot, which may include identifiable individuals (staff, guests) present at the client’s premises or event.

3. How we use your data

- To respond to inquiries and manage bookings.

- To deliver, invoice, and follow up on services.

- To share relevant updates or marketing (only with consent, e.g. if you sign up to a mailing list).

- To improve our website and services.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data based on: performance of a contract (booking and delivering services), legitimate interest (client communication, portfolio use as agreed in our Terms of Service), and consent (marketing emails, where applicable).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

- Payment processors and invoicing tools necessary to complete transactions.

- Cloud storage providers used to store and deliver final files.

- Squarespace, as our website host, for basic site analytics.

We retain client and booking data for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual and tax/legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for invoicing records, per Dutch/French accounting requirements), after which it is deleted or anonymized.
